Fidelis, The Station Building

Probably one of the most challenging Fitout in Ireland in recent times from a flooring perspective.

The 500+ sqm herringbone floor was a massive undertaking. Using Moduleo small plank LVT on a a self adhesive underlay throughout the ground floor of this office. Three main corridors with 4 cross corridors. All areas linking together without any breaks. Weaving around corners, down corridors and through rooms.

Precision, patience and persistence.

Three words that defined this project from the start. Millimetre precision in each plank laid on the floor. No room for error. Patience, to get up walk away and take the time to clear your mind before the tunnel vision of thousands of individual pieces took over. Persistence, to keep striving to see this project come to fruition.

The main desk space upstairs is a Desso Fields carpet tile with acoustic backing.
