Our Hines project in Central Quay Dublin was completed through one of our great clients, Connect Construct. This project had a tight program and high end finish. The clean and simple lines within the design of this space made it all the more challenging to deliver. Every element had to be carefully examined and completed.

This allowed for no mistakes. Everything had to be carried out to perfection. The use of a stone finish LVT vinyl floors in the common areas and walkways set the concrete against the warmth of the wooden wall panels. Giving a striking contrast finish with amazing effect.

Inside the office area, we installed EGE carpet tiles in a two colour finish. One colour defining walkways around the space and the second under the desks.

The finish lends to a very comforting and ease of use space for staff to work from.
